Appare Sushi

One visitor to Appare Sushi recommends pairing nigiri with tamago in aka-dashi, a red miso soup. For a roll, there is the Appare roll, named after the restaurant. A diner who ordered it singled it out as memorable. Drinks include medium bottles of Kirin Lager and Yebisu, Kikumasamune sake in large or small servings, chilled sake and highballs. The restaurant is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 17 to 21. For an evening meal, nigiri with aka-dashi and egg makes a suggested pairing.
